Meghan JDKJN and Ricky JDKJN have each been training for over 20 years and have been serving South Austin since 2010. Both Meghan and Ricky have received the rank of 6th degree master in the traditional Korean art of Kuk Sool/Hapkido under their instructor Grand Master Steve Seo of the World Kido Federation.

In 2020 Meghan JDKJN and Ricky JDKJN left Mu Sool Won, joined with the international World Kido Federation/Hanminjok, and set Next Gen Hapkido on the sole purpose of providing traditional martial arts with modern day teaching to all of South Austin. We believe here at Next Gen Hapkido that the next generation is the future of martial arts and will be the ones to continue our legacy as well as continue to evolve the martial art.
Our Instructors
Our instructors are available for private lessons! Please reach out to us via our Contact Us page, via text at (512) 299-1873, or by email at info@nextgenhapkido.com to ask about an instructor you want to learn from, or to get a recommendation from us on who might benefit your training the most. Private lesson tuition is paid directly to the instructor via cash or other agreed upon method with them. If you need to charge your card on file, please let us know, and a small processing fee will be added.
